Preceda Access

This window defines further rules about access to specific objects within modules.

Prerequisites

  • No prerequisites.

Rules and Guidelines

  • Alterations to the access profile at this level will override those setup at the higher level, e.g. while access to modules are generally 'Exclude', this window can be used to allow entry to one or more objects within any modules.
  • This window displays the access profile, the module name, and any access privilege already granted to this access profile.

Field Information

ClosedActivity ID

This displays each activity for each module.

ClosedActivity Type

This displays the type of activity:

  • Casual Update
  • Process
  • Workflow

 

ClosedUse Access

This controls the viewing of data and the access to the nominated activity.

ClosedAdd Access

This controls the adding of data and the access to the nominated activity.

ClosedUpdate Access

This controls the updating of data and the access to the nominated activity.

ClosedDelete Access

This controls the deleting of data and the access to the nominated activity.

ClosedModule Name

This displays the name of the module that belongs to the activity for security purposes.
